Job Description

Responsibilities:Analyze and apply occupational health safety legislation.Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits according to ISO 45001.Provide consultations to other company departments on employee safety and health topics.Participate in investigations of employee safety and health risk factors.Participate in the preparation and updating of employee safety and health management system documents as needed.Coordinate training and certification for company employees on safety and health issues.Control the recording of environmental, employee safety, and health records in the electronic record management system.Prepare and update the list of personal protective equipment issued to employees, handle employee personal protective equipment cards.

Requirements:

Education:Higher university education in Natural Sciences / Health Sciences / Physical Sciences, mester degree - advantage.Experience:At least 1 year of similar work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Valid employee safety and health specialist certificate – an advantage.Knowledge and application of Lithuanian employee safety legislation requirements.Knowledge of ISO 45001 standard – an advantage.English language skills (written and spoken) (B2 level).Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.Good analytical, information systematization, and presentation skills.Precision, responsibility, desire to improve and learn.Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
