**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **EHS Specialist** to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring compliance with Alberta OH&S regulations and internal safety standards. The successful candidate will lead inspections, training, investigations, and documentation efforts while fostering a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization. Pay: 21.08/hr Full Time **Key Responsibilities** + Liaise with production to ensure all activities meet company and Alberta OH&S standards + Conduct facility inspections and audits; recommend corrective actions + Develop, maintain, and present safety procedures and training + Investigate incidents and near-misses; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions + Monitor PPE use, supply, and employee compliance + Track and report on safety performance and regulatory documentation + Collaborate with EHS committee and management to ensure safety compliance + **Participate in on-call rotation to support EHS needs outside regular hours** **Qualifications** + Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field + 3+ years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting + Strong knowledge of Alberta OH&S legislation + CRSP, NCSO, or similar certification preferred + Proficient with MS Office and EHS software systems + Excellent communication and investigation skills ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
