Обязанности: Implementation of EHS best practices and leading GEHSMS (Global Environmental Health and Safety Management System) based on international standards ISO14001 and ISO45001 agenda at Tbilisi E2E Acting as safety leader and influencer for both manufacturing and logistics management and frontline employees Promote a positive EHS culture through general awareness communications and related initiatives. Driving H&S initiatives after check-walks with production leaders Maintain EHS reporting in MyEHS (internal reporting platform) and State required reporting system Organization of trainings, medical checks, works areas safety assessment Develop and drive implementation of corporate fleet safety program based on local risks and global fleet safety requirements Provide broad and deep subject matter expertise for fleet safety Support Leadership teams in clarifying and exercising their safety and environmental responsibilities Provide guidance and tools, including training materials, to support implementation of EHS programs Monitor new EHS trends in legislation, global policy and develop programs in response Establish EHS risk assessment program, identify gaps, and propose solutions. Assist in conducting a root cause analysis following a significant incident or compliance failure. Partner with the EHS function to develop and maintain a Tbilisi EHS Audit Program, including a self-assessment process. Make sure EHS metrics capturing process is robust, transparent and in line with Global EHS requirements Develop regular performance reports for internal management. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and EHS leads to troubleshoot and address EHS related performance issues. Требования: Higher education 2+ year practical experience in similar areas of responsibility preferably in manufacturing field Fluent in Georgian and English languages Advanced PC user Ability to develop EHS related communication materials Knowledge of legal/ working requirements for EHS Ability to influence behavior of peers without direct reporting relationship Influential communication skills. Creative and innovative thinker with an ability to translate complex ideas and metrics into simple, actionable recommendations Ability to work independently and under pressure
