Job ResponsibilitiesDetermine, implement, and monitor product stewardship programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide support to the Product Stewardship team by implementing systems, procedures, and completing projects in support of compliance tracking for raw materials and finished products.Update and maintain chemicals composition database in excel or another database tool.Review products and provide TSCA status for US shipments on a regular basis.Responsible for chemical classifications of substance and mixture as per GHS guidelines and dangerous goods classifications with SME inputs.Authorize SDS using UL WERCS.Handle internal and external customers' queries related to SDS and other aspects of chemical compliance.Update Product stewardship trackers on a regular basis as necessary.Support the review of new and/or changes to existing products to ensure substances contained within or used to manufacture the products align with relevant legislation.Interact with and respond to internal and global customers, suppliers, and other applicable functions in supporting hazard communication and regulatory compliance needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of product stewardship initiatives.Lead projects related to Product Stewardship and assist the Supervisor/Manager to meet business objectives and overall compliance and regulatory requirements.Experience2+ years required in hazard communication, chemical hazard assessment, and developing Safety Data Sheets.Strong knowledge of GHS classification and TSCA.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesMaster of Science degree in Chemistry or other life sciences.Good knowledge of chemical compliance and regulations (e.g., CLP, GHS, TSCA), with regional-specific experience in Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia preferred.Project management experience.Strong systems background in product lifecycle management and any SDS authoring tool.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with CLP, GHS, TSCA, and regional regulations.Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentWork in a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation and integrity are paramount.
