Any technical course from recognized university.Diploma in industrial safety management from recognized university.NEBOSH,Certified EHS auditorVery good knowledge on EHS regional normsExperience: Required. Minimum of 13 years of EHS experience related to Facility Management/Property Management
Role & responsibilities:
Implement site specific EHS plan / ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards as per FM/PM services (as per the agreement) Conduct and review all contractors risk assessments and identify potential hazards on the PM/PM site. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.Compile and analyse safety statistics and identify the trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present safety performance reports to client and internal team as per the agreement.Conduct audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the EHS management system as per the agreement.Lead the response to incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Follow up on corrective actions to prevent recurrence and follow the reporting protocol. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes and implement preventive measures. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations and release to the client/contractor as per the advice of client and account manager.Conduct mock drills, Emergency evacuation drills, Fire drills, safety training as per the regional EHS norms/committed in the agreement.Ensure that all audits and training are complied with fire safety norms/NBC related to jobs /BOCW act/ local, state EHS norms pertaining to the service we provide.Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures. Ensure all contractor personnel are trained on emergency response and evacuation procedures.Conduct regular safety meetings with contractor team to discuss EHS issues, progress, and improvements, and sharing minutes to all stakeholders.Maintain all EHS documents as per site EHS management systems.Work closely with the regional account head/Clients and contractor to ensure EHS measures are being implemented as per committed in the agreement.Promote a culture of EHS awareness and continuous improvement among all site personnel.Conducting committed audits and sharing report to the operational heads for compliances.Celebrating Fire Safety week, Road safety week, National Safety week and World Environment Day at regional FM/PM sites.COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Good writing and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to client. Ability to effectively present information and respond effectively to sensitive issue.
