Compensation Data The pay range for this position is $91,404--$154,009 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation. What You'll Do The EHS Manager for our Sturtevant, Wisconsin facility is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role drives a culture of safety, sustainability, and regulatory adherence across the site, while providing leadership and technical expertise in risk management and process safety. This is an on site position that reports directly to the Plant Manager. Compliance & Risk Management Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.) to ensure compliance and proactive risk management. Maintain and report EHS KPIs, including OSHA 300 logs, incident records, training, inspections, and permits. Program Development & Implementation Lead implementation and management of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Develop safety and health mitigation goals, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to track and communicate progress. Training & Engagement Plan and implement safety training programs for employees. Promote a culture of ownership and accountability for safety across all departments. Incident Investigation & Reporting Conduct post-incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies as required. Continuous Improvement Analyze safety metrics and communicate results to leadership to drive action. Standardize EHS processes across the site for efficiency and effectiveness. Environmental reporting will be required in this role Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial or Environmental Engineering (or related field). 5+ years of EHS management experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, PSM). Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA). Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
