Key Responsibilities;

Support all PCG operations in Italy, including facilities, R&D labs, and Sales/Technical teams.Drive continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (HSE&S) performance.Ensure full compliance with all HSE regulations, especially Legislative Decree 81/2008.Integrate Sherwin-Williams EHS Standards into site management systems and practices.Collaborate with Group and Corporate EHS teams to implement requirements and initiatives.Act as legally appointed Health & Safety Manager (RSPP) for Sherwin-Williams Italy srl, ICA spa, and Inver spa.Advise legal Employers (Datore di Lavoro) on actions to maintain compliance.
