Job Description
On this position you will report to OPERATIONS MANAGER
Your Responsibilities:Ongoing implement and maintain EHS Polish and Corporate requirements.Participate in improvements of EHS, ergonomic conditions, implementation of changes in processes, commissioning newly built or modernized facilities, processes and devices affecting the safety, environment and working conditions.Conduct inspections of working conditions and oversee compliance with EHS regulations.Prepare and maintain periodic updates, reports and analyses, based on EHS local and corporate requirements.Develop risk assessments process, consult EHS / process instructions.Coordinate EHS training, incidents and near misses' investigations.Cooperate with governmental institutions (PIP, Sanepid) to comply with regulations and principles of EHS requirements.Lead creative approach in building and maintaining safety and sustainability culture in plant, global sharing practice teams e.g. ergonomic teams, hand safety teams.Work together with the EHS and other Departments of Rockwell Automation, including support in Warsaw office.Manage current maintenance and repairs in facility, daily technical service and solving new technical problems to maintain building, installation and outdoor areas in full technical efficiency and good appearance.Manage facility documentation, operate software for reporting activities related to the facility.Coordinate and work together with external suppliers in facility scope.The Essentials - You Will Have:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred in a manufacturing company.Higher education in Health and SafetyKnowledge of EHS regulations and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards,English Communicative knowledge,Knowledge of MS Office,Communication skills and ability to work in international and diverse teamsWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
