This responsibility includes the management and updating of documentation required by environmental, health and safety and health and environmental standards and regulations applicable to the site.
Responsibilities:
Performs safety inspections.
Authorize and supervise of hazardous and non-standard works.
Support in day-to-day operation, attending safety reports and closing actions.
Support in EHS legal compliance keeping records.
Conduct work environment measurements (noise, gases, lighting).
Participate in government and corporate inspections and audits.
Management of chemicals according to Globally Harmonized System.
Conduct new employee, visitors and contractors onboarding on EHS topics
Coordinate functions of Safety Comeettee and emergency brigades.
Conduct PPE Evaluations.
Report and track unsafe conditions in the Velocity system.
Maintain updated environmental and health and safety procedures.
Maintain 5S + 1 program.
Ensure compliance with contractor safety program

Basic requirements:
University degree (Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Ecology, or similar).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the EHS field.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Intermediate English.
Analytical skills.

Personnel management skills.
