**MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:** + Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Protection or related + Above 3/5 years (Junior of Senior) experience in EHS area or other technical position in multinational manufacturing + Familiar with government regulation of Safety, Health & Environment + Proactive and good team sprit **PREFERRED REQUIREMENT:** + Experience of Process Safety Management (PSM) set up + Good command of English both in written and spoken. + Certified ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 internal auditor. + Certified safety engineer. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** + Implement Environmental Health and safety improvement programs. + Data collection and entry per government and corporate request. + Organize documentation maintain and update. + Support EHS internal and external audit. + Organize occupational disease management + Conduct incident investigation and compensation + Provide training to team per EHS annual calendar + Lead and implement internal inspection within function team + Lead EHS activity in function department, such as BBS, Gemba walk, Kaizen etc. + Data analyze include energy/water/waste/injury, and other necessary data related. + Responsible for EHS management system which EHS manager assigned. **_We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too._** Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
