About the Role:
Strong operational governance, consistently meeting client SLA/KPI requirements through structured reporting and compliance managementRobust HSEQ leadership, ensuring site safety, risk mitigation, statutory compliance, and a strong safety cultureEffective site and vendor management, aligning contractors and suppliers to performance, safety, and governance standardsProactive incident and risk management, including audits, investigations, escalation, and corrective action deliveryEnd‑to‑end project support, coordinating client briefs, contractor engagement, and safe project executionStakeholder and account collaboration, working closely with clients, landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service continuityScalable operations and cost control, supporting budgets, work processes, and infrastructure to enable efficient and compliant project deliveryAbout You:
5-7 years of relevant experience in health and safety of similar engineering operations sites.Professional qualifications to support Health and Safety deliveries.Proven track record of similar rolesBachelor’s and advanced degree in a related fieldAchieved industry recognized professional qualification in related fields.Proven track record of problem solving, critical thinkingProficiency in project / Operations management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore), MCIM, Famis 360, BI dashboard tools and other relevant tools.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
