At the core, it involves partnering with our operational teams to enhance EHS performance so we can make things easy to go right. **Job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:** + Support the enhancement and implementation of the EHS management systems to align to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. + Support the development of short and long-term EHS risk management strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams. + Support engagement and assurance activities such as site wide communication campaigns and internal audit. + Facilitate investigations to drive cross functional learning and focus on replication to sustain corrective actions **Essential Qualifications:** + NEBOSH General Certificate **Desirable Qualifications:** + NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent + NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent + Investigation Training + Internal Audit Training **What Skills You Will Have:** + Exceptional verbal and written communication + Effective solution driven problem-solving + Passion for continuous improvement + Ability to advise, enable and influence all levels of the business. + Exceptional organizational and record keeping **Top Candidates will have** + Minimum 3+ Years experience in working in an EHS advisor role + Proven experience in management system development and implementation, event investigations, internal audit, and influencing stakeholders to enhance EHS performance . **Process Management:** Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes. Level Working Knowledge **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Level Extensive Experience Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Level Working Knowledge **Influencing:** Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Level Working Knowledge **Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance:** Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
