Main Responsibilities: 主要职责 + Maintain and develop the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system, and H owmet EHS standards. 负责 ISO14001& ISO45001 体系的日常运转和运行，以及豪梅特的 EHS 标准的实施。 + Communicate with local EHS related governmental and agency. 负责与当地 EHS 相关政府部门的沟通。 + Review and update the EHS hazard identification, risk assessment and control annually, and take the corresponding actions to control the highest risks 。 组织年度的 EHS 危险识别与风险评估，风险控制；并制定对应的措施以控制最高的危险源。 + Support the deployment and improvement of human performance in the plant. 支持人因工程在工厂内的实施与改善。 + Help organize the various EHS promotion activities to help build the EHS culture and improve the EHS awareness of employees. 帮助组织丰富多彩的 EHS 活动以帮助在工厂内建立 EHS 文化并提升员工的 EHS 意识。 + Implement the periodical EHS inspection and ensure that at-risk behaviors and unsafe conditions are corrected in time. 定期进行 EHS 检查，并及时纠正 / 改善不安全行为和不安全状况。 + Conduct employees EHS training per the training plan. 按照培训计划实施 EHS 培训。 + Organize incident report & investigate, determine root cause of all incidents, and ensure corrective/prevention actions are implemented within the targeted completion date. 组织事故调查与报告，识别事故的根本原因，并确保纠正 / 预防措施如期完成。 + Organize annual pollutant discharging measurement and renew the environment permit before the due date; 负责年度污染物排放的检测以及排污许可证的及时更新。 + Organize the annual occupational health hazards sampling and physical check, as well as the follow up and analysis of the physical check results. 组织年度的职业危害因素检测及体检，以及体检结果的分析与跟进。 + Organize and follow up the EHS related monitor, such as pressure meters, thunder prevention etc. 组织和跟踪 EHS 相关的检测，例如压力表，防雷检测等。 + Follow up and analyze the energy/water consumption, waste generation to look for the DI saving opportunities. 跟踪和分析能源 / 水的消耗，废弃物产生量以寻找费用节约的机会。 + Plan and organize the site Emergency Response Plan and drilling, and improve the Emergency response capability of the plant. 计划和组织工厂的应急响应计划和演练，以提升工厂的应急响应能力。 + Responsible for contractor safety management, conduct on-site contractor safety training and supervising 负责供应商安全管理程序 , 对现场供应商进行安全培训与管理。 + Regularly inspect facility systems (power distribution, air compressors, chillers, purified water) and arrange timely repairs. 对配电、空压机、冷水机组、纯水等 Facility 系统进行定期检查，安排专业人员及时处理故障，保障正常运行； + Make and carry out maintenance and preventive care plans, including repair and equipment records. 制定 Facility 各系统的定期维护及预防性保养计划并有效实施，包括设备故障维修、设备台账管理等； + Ensure normal operation of exhaust/dust systems, wastewater treatment, workshop lights/fans, and lab equipment. 保障废气粉尘处理系统，废水处理系统，车间电灯风扇，实验室设备等正常运行； + Handle daily facility maintenance and communicate with landlord/property management. 处理厂房设施维护相关的日常工作，包括与房东物业沟通事项； + Oversee facility repair and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with standards. 负责工厂 Facility 项目的维修改造事项，保证项目及时完成，工程质量符合国家相关规范及技术要求； + Support energy system improvement, assess energy use, and propose saving measures. 参与厂区能源系统优化改善工作，对能源系统定期进行评估，发现潜在节能空间提出方案并改善； + Conduct plant safety inspections, record potential risks and track corrections. 执行厂区的安全巡查工作，记录隐患发现项并跟踪改善； + Manage contractor work, safety risk checks, and site inspections. 参与承包商的施工管理及施工过程中的安全风险分析及施工过程安全巡查； + Coordinate transfer and disposal of general and hazardous waste. 负责厂区一般废弃物及危险废弃物转运协调； + Manage purchase and distribution of safety signs, PPE, and related items. 安全标识、 PPE 等安全附件的购买及发放； + Collect and organize facility and safety-related documents. 收集、整理各类设施及安全相关类文件和资料； Other Duties and Responsibilities ： 其他职责： Other EHS relative task and assigned by department Supervisor 其他环境健康安全相关的工作及部门主管指定的工作 Education: 学历要求： Bachelor’s Degree in safety/ environmental science or other relative majors 安全工程 / 环境工程或相关学科本科以上 Experience, Skills & Background: 工作经验、技能、背景： + Good knowledge of ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system. 通晓 ISO14001 & ISO45001 管理体系。 + At least 5 years EHS or Facility working experience in manufacture plant, machining plant is a plus. 至少 5 年以上制造性工厂 EHS 或 Facility 工作经验，机械制造工厂尤佳。 + Can work independently and proactively on EHS, and is dare to make decision. 能独立工作并积极主动，勇于做决定。 + Certified Safety Engineer is preferred 国家注册安全工程师为佳。 + High/low-voltage electrician license; special equipment certificate a plus 持有高低压电工证，特种设备管理人员证优先 + Strong communication and presentation skills required. 良好的沟通和演讲技巧 + Written English is a must, and good oral English is preferred. 必须具备英语书写技能，良好的口语技能最佳。 Physical Requirements ： 体力要求： In good health, can take the first aid task in emergency 健康状况良好，能够在紧急情况下进行急救处理
