Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
+ Support an EHR modernization project.
+ Possess a deep expertise in Oracle Cerner/Millennium platforms and have a strong understanding of both clinical and business workflows, particularly within behavioral health and ambulatory care settings.
+ Combine project management skills with Oracle Health Solutions knowledge to drive successful EHR design, build, and optimization for assigned clinical and business domain groups.
+ Analyze, document, and optimize clinical and business workflows related to Oracle Cerner/Millennium EHR platforms, focusing on behavioral health and ambulatory care domains.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Minimum three years of relevant healthcare experience in a clinical or business role.
Preferred:
+ Experience working in behavioral health and/or ambulatory care settings.
+ Hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner/Millennium platforms.
+ Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, including system assessment and implementation.
+ Knowledge of Health Information Management and integration implementation.
+ Experience providing PMO (Project Management Office) support.
+ Strong understanding of clinical and business workflows in one or more Oracle Health Solutions domains, especially behavioral health and ambulatory.
+ Demonstrated ability to recommend configuration options that align with best practice workflows.
