EH&S Training & Compliance Coordinator
Job Description Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training & Compliance Coordinator to manage and support our EH&S Learning Platform and broader training and compliance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Training Program Management o Administer the Learning Platform, including loading and managing training plans for new hires. o Understand and interpret job requirements to ensure accurate workflow setup. o Coordinate with managers to complete training workflows for proper learning plan assignment. o Schedule training sessions and practical’s with key team members. o Review weekly training reports and follow up with managers or new hires as needed. • Training Delivery & Support o Assist with or lead new hire training sessions. o Evaluate opportunities to provide direct training support where applicable. • Administrative & Compliance Support o Submit and manage REQs (requests). o Organize and maintain training documents and files. o Set up and manage permissions in GenSuite. o Review weekly GenSuite reports, track corrections, and update the compliance calendar. o Identify and communicate future compliance-related tasks. • Procedure Documentation o Support the maintenance of approximately 50 written procedure guides and ensure they are fully up to date and accurate. o Assist with formatting, updating content, and publishing to the internal web page.
