Join our team as EH&S Facilitator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring workplace safety, compliance, and sustainability through proactive risk management, employee training, and environmental oversight.

Responsibilities:

Verification of information and basic training activities for workers regarding occupational health and safety. Management of personal protective equipment (PPE): orders, storage, stock control, catalog for employee information. Planning of preventive activity: administrative work developing and maintaining the corresponding documents. Management of medical check-ups: appointment requests, receipt of fitness certificates, etc. Conducting preventive inspections for internal safety: defining operating instructions and control checklists, for example, use of blowtorches, maintenance of forklifts and stackers, etc. Control and monitoring of corrective actions: in the assigned plans, working with designated executors to speed up the closure of actions. Coordination of business activities with contracted and subcontracted companies: registering contractors in the database and monitoring documentation. Support in conducting risk assessments in the factory: together with the SPA technician, providing the necessary documentation/information to complete risk assessments. Ergonomic evaluations: assisting in the implementation of LEAR’s ergonomic assessment tool. Training/information for workers: conducting induction training, providing necessary PPE to new hires, etc. Awareness campaigns: developing weekly awareness campaigns, assisting in dissemination, ensuring information records. Chemical products: completing plant inventory, cataloging, updating safety data sheets and minimum/maximum quantities. Environmental management: monitoring waste disposal, weight control, storage review, etc.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (3 specialties) / Advanced Vocational Training in Occupational Risk Prevention Spoken and written English.
