Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOSi is seeking an Effects Planner (Senior) to join our team in Tampa, Florida supporting our government customer. Essential Job Duties Lead OPT or WG Synchronize operations with DoD/intelligence agencies/intelligence community Provide strategic assessments Conduct long range planning and lead team members through Joint Planning Process Leverage intelligence support for target network analysis, COG analysis, red teaming and collection requirements Develop metrics and criteria for MOP/MOE Produce CONOP, OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs Advise of use and implementation of information related capabilities, brief plans, concepts and execution Integrate full spectrum effects options for STO/SAP Minimum Requirements Active TS with SCI eligibility, with current CI poly or ability to obtain one 15 years with minimum 5 years since 2010 as Joint Effects Planner at O6 or higher SOF or IA units Graduate of Joint/Defense MILDEC training or equivalent Graduate of STO, MISO, EW, OPSEC or MILDEC course Preferred Qualifications Experience in interagency coordination Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment, with possible travel requirements in support of customer Working at SOSi All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason
