Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Perform Nanoprobing (NP) product demonstrations, including the development of new techniques and applications for Thermo Fisher partners and customers. Cultivating positive customer relationships and acting as a high-level customer interface for specific instrument/applications issues, explaining complex technology details, giving in depth technical presentations, and assisting in applications development.Assist standard acceptance test & customer acceptance test for new installed tools.Deliver professional tool operation and application support during post sales cycle and after instrument has been installed.Provide continuous feedback to product groups on system performance, features, and potential problems while collaborating with marketing/development groups on future product developments.Get familiar with failure analysis workflow in Semiconductor industry and understand customers' HVPsAccumulating technical experience to polish current existing BKMs or generate innovative methods.

 

The Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

Typically requires preferred MS degree in semiconductor, micro-electronics, physics, material science, or electrical engineering with strong semiconductor background.Knowledge and recent hands-on experience with Nanoprober (NP), is helpful. Knowledge of electrical circuit, SRAM operation theory, CMOS fundamental is desirable.2 years+ work or research experience in semiconductor industry is preferable.We are expecting hardworking with critical thinking and discursive thinking abilities. Also self-learning and time management is vital in team work.SEMI failure analysis experience is preferredProficient Chinese and English interpersonal and technical writing skills
