Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician with extensive experience in PCBAs and cable assemblies for the Defense and Security markets.
Requirements:
5+ years constructing circuit cards, cable harnesses, prototypes, and custom test stations
Proficiency in working with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions
5+ years of experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies, etc.)
Ability to independently conduct testing and create detailed test reports
Experience with ECAD applications for schematic drawings and PCB layouts (Altium preferred)
Associate Degree in electronics or a related 2-4 year technical degree
Preferred Skills:
Experience with robotic systems
Knowledge of ECAD schematic capture and editing (Altium)
Ability to write, modify, and test microcontroller code
Familiarity with circuit simulation tools like SPICE
Experience with PTC Windchill PLM system and Microsoft SharePoint/OneNote
Responsibilities:
Assemble, rework, test, debug, and repair SMT & thru-hole PCBAs and cable assemblies
Manage the EE Lab including quoting/ordering prototype parts/assemblies
Support various testing/data collection activities
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
