Supporting consumer wearables product development, we are searching for an electrical design engineer to develop EE architecture and designs for wearable products. A qualified candidate is experienced with SoC based high-speed electrical designs, schematic captures, and PCB layout tools. The role requires effective cross-functional collaboration to report results and troubleshoot issues.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create EE block diagrams and schematics Create EE schematics of SoC based wearables product designs and architecture Create and coordinate PCB layouts based on schematics and MCO requirements Conduct simulations and analysis as needed Work with cross functional teams to report results, issues, and provide troubleshooting insights and root cause analysis. Support other team members with testing and report generation. Support testing process improvements including automation where applicable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Abilities:
Expertise using electrical engineer tools for schematic capture and PCB layouts Expertise in validation testing SOC based systems and interfaces (I2C, MIPI, UART, USB, DRAM, Displays, camera, sensors) for high volume consumer wearable products. Qualified candidates will have experience with testing these types of systems. Experience with high volume consumer products design processes. Proficiency in technical documentation including developing electrical test plans and procedures. Ability to analyze test data and generate detailed reports. Use of PCB design software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive tasks to completion on schedule. Risk assessment and mitigation.
