Within the Exploration-Production branch, join the Education department to help us identify and develop the talents of tomorrow. Scholarship programs contribute to this development and to the success of better international recognition of France in higher education among foreign students. They are part of the four priority areas of commitment of the Company in connection with the TotalEnergies Foundation (Education and youth integration).

Activities

As an Entry-Level Educational Program Monitoring Officer (M/F), your missions will be:

Administrative and logistical management (in connection with the management organization) of scholarship holders.Updating the database on Excel - Quantitative monitoring (selection process, budgets).Individual and close qualitative monitoring of scholarship holders (webinars, continuation of studies, problem-solving for scholarship holders, internships, career advice, special support for scholarship holders in difficulty).Collaboration with the "Education Correspondents Network", contacts with subsidiaries, institutional partners, and educational institutions.
 

You will evolve within a team of experienced professionals and with a tutor-coach, the reference for your future profession. Individualized support will help you develop your autonomy and lead you to your diploma!

Candidate Profile

Have you recently graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources? Start your career with an exciting experience at the heart of international teams committed to the energy transition!
 
We are looking for a 12-month Educational Program Monitoring Officer - Entry Level (M/F) starting in April 2026.
 
During your studies, you developed a sense of rigor, priority management, and interpersonal skills.
 
Are you comfortable with office software and familiar with the Office suite? You will primarily use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and Canva would be appreciated.
 
Are autonomy, listening skills, and team spirit part of your qualities? Are you fluent in both French and English?

 
We offer you a 12-month Full-Time Professionalization Contract (100% in the company) including a training component (professional, linguistic, tools, etc.). These trainings are provided internally by organizations selected by TotalEnergies.
 
This contract will allow you to gain a year of professional experience while being trained in the specifics of your job in connection with the Company's activities.
