The Education Specialist supports an integration strategy for new and existing schools to ensure the implementation of LCG education value promise in adherence with quality standards. This includes developing and delivering training and support surrounding the physical classroom environment, Education Quality Indicators, and LCG initiatives. The Education Specialist will collaborate with school and field leaders to foster a welcoming and positive environment. Essential Functions: + Maintain and communicate timelines, establish priorities and identify resources necessary for classroom set-up and opening/reopening. + Contribute to the planning and furnishing of classrooms, multi-purpose rooms and outdoor learning spaces. + Work cross-functionally and interdepartmentally to coordinate timelines, priorities, and tasks necessary to ensure schools are positioned to execute on the EVP. + Populate school resource and materials orders with consistency. Monitor order communications with vendors and the field to quickly identify any issues, determine mitigation strategies, and implement process improvements. + Coordinate on-going communication and strategic B2B partnerships, supporting end-to-end planning, including on-site evaluation of space, existing materials, and systems. + Provide customization of materials needed and schematics to meet stakeholders, licensing, and LCG requirements. Lead education attended delivery of FFE packages to schools, ensuring partner satisfaction and operational excellence tied to LCG strategic growth initiatives. + Act as a proponent of Learning Care Group best practices and early childhood education standards. + Regularly attend department and committee meetings. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Minimum Job Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required. + Minimum of 2 years ECE classroom or management experience. + Must be eligible to drive in accordance with company policy. + Must be eligible to pass state required background checks as needed. Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications: + Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers. + Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. + Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal. + Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends & company-wide air travel when necessary. + Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships. + Ability to work independently and to exercise good judgment/discretion. + Proficient use of conflict resolution skills. + Proficient use of technology, e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Power Point, and Word, Smartsheet, and 5D Planning Software. Compensation and Benefits: + Compensation based on position, education and experience.
