Performs a wide range of general administrative and/or technical accountabilities and operations, and analyzes and completes respective projects or concepts, in order to deliver functional specific internal services, for an organization assigned.

The Education Services Operations Coordinator will support the Education and Development Center (EDC) in Cary by managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and providing professional internal services in education delivery. This role ensures the smooth operation of training programs, supports managers, trainers, and learners, and contributes to strategic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure the LMS to support training deliveryManage user accounts, roles, permissions, and content organizationMaintain, organize, and distribute technical and training recordsConduct analysis, reporting, and database management for training operationsMonitor KPIs and performance metrics to support continuous improvementDesign and optimize processes, methods, and resource schedulingDevelop reports, presentations, and budget-related documentationParticipate in projects related to education delivery and process improvementProvide training and communication for process implementationSupport EDC staff with procurement coordinationAct as a point of escalation and advisor for operational staffPartner with IT to ensure infrastructure supports seamless education services

Understanding of the healthcare education marketplace, preferably in diagnostic imaging and therapyExcellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation deliveryAbility to energize, develop, and build rapport across all organizational levelsStrong stakeholder management and prioritization skillsResults-driven, action-oriented, and committed to positive customer impact while balancing business needs

Education / Knowledge / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experienceProven success in a similar role, with demonstrated ability to fulfill key responsibilitiesClear understanding of LMS usage and administrationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; knowledge of Power BI is a plusBasic working knowledge of SAP

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $77,400 - Max $116,100

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
