Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach presentations to recipients and community members as needed.- Present program education and enrollment options to recipients.

- Develop relationships with community leaders and serve as a liaison with various constituents.

- Act as a point of contact for these agencies to work out issues or help certain cases moving through the enrollment process.

- Serve as liaison between multiple training providers when necessary to benefit our clients.

- Develop and Promote knowledge of community and participate in community events, other activities as needed.

- Represent the program at local events - Maintain a strong presence in the community and build positive relationships with partnering organizations- Ensure reliable transportation for community travel and outreach efforts-Contribute to a dynamic, energetic team environment, bringing creativity and a passion for development to all aspects of the role Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma

- 2-4 years of experience

- A strong background in coordination, particularly related to events or programs- Associates degree- Experience in advocacy and outreach, especially involving disadvantaged populations- A high level of motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision- A proactive, community-focused mindset and passion for public service- Reliable transportation to support regular travel within the community
