Education (Training) Intern

Understand Learning operation/ special event/learning framework and operation Project management Reporting and communication skills Know how beauty market works, competition and trends

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee operations related to training setup and execution Translate training materials and support the preparation of productivity evaluation reports for Beauty Advisors Prepare reports to analyze Beauty Advisors’ productivity and assess sales performance potential. Support in the creation of PR/PO for vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers for training logistics, uniform production, installation, and other assigned tasks

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related discipline Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written Great with Microsoft Excel and intermediate skills in PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills Self-driven and able to work independently Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Can do attitude and good interpersonal skills Fun, creative, and interest in beauty trends is a plus
