Modality: Education Diagnostician Start/End Date: ASAP – May 15, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Local Pay Rate: $50 HR Interview: Virtual or In-Person Timekeeping System: MTC About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Diagnostician to join a collaborative school environment and provide essential assessment and evaluation services. This role focuses on conducting evaluations, managing cases, and supporting ARD meetings to ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines. Caseload Details + Caseload Size: 50–70 students + Focus: Assessment & Evaluation o Receive student referrals and select appropriate assessment tools o Conduct formal and informal testing, score and analyze results o Prepare and maintain Full Individual Evaluation (FIE) reports o Review outside evaluations and interpret for transfer students + Case Management: o Serve as case manager for assigned evaluations o Maintain documentation for Medicaid billing o Input evaluations, session notes, and progress reports into district system + Collaboration & ARD Participation: o Participate in ARD meetings o Present assessment data and recommend placement o Assist in developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) + Additional Duties: o Classroom observations and interviews o Collect and organize data from teachers, parents, and other sources o Ensure compliance with timelines and district guidelines Minimum Requirements + Active Texas Diagnostician Certification + Experience with evaluations and ARD processes + Familiarity with TEA and federal regulations + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Submission Requirements ?
