Education Coordinator (AMH EMT / MAVO Education)
Work You’ll Do:
In your role, you are responsible to oversee clinical performance of Atlantic Mobile Health (AMH) EMTs & MAVOs, to include orientation program, quality assurance (QA) initiatives, and documentation training.

Essential Functions:
You are responsible, in collaboration with the AMH management team, for administering, organizing, supervising, and lead instruction of new hire orientation for all new AMH team members. You are responsible for administering, organizing, supervising, and lead instruction of AMH EMT & MAVO team member education and evaluations to fulfill annual competency training requirements, to include classroom-based instruction, skills lab and/or simulation-based education. You are responsible for continuous quality improvement activities and provide structured feedback and educational initiatives for AMH team members. You will work collaboratively with the AMH medical director, medical oversight board, and clinical team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. You will provide continuous feedback to team members related to Quality Assurance (QA) and documentation, including regular chart review as directed. You will assist with accreditation standards, as well as the continued evaluation and compliance once accreditation is achieved. You are responsible for ensuring compliance and accountability with Federal, New Jersey State Department of Health Office of Emergency Medical Services (NJOEMS) regulations and guidelines, Atlantic Health System and AMH policies, procedures, and protocols. You will provide monthly dashboard data, to include Key Performance Indicators (KPI) benchmark data, and utilize data to design quality improvement initiatives. You will perform other tasks as assigned by the AMH leadership team. You will maintain and ensure security of AMH / Training Center equipment and training materials; ensures proper cleaning and restocking of equipment used. You will promote a culture of collaboration and accountability to assure positive patient experiences and improve patient outcomes throughout the community and region. You will work effectively and relate well with others, including supervisors, colleagues, direct reports, and internal and external customers. You will exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintain constructive working relationships.The Team:
The Atlantic Mobile Health Training Center is comprised of highly talented instructors covering a board array of courses providing Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS/CPR), EMT Initial & Continuing Education, ALS Continuing Education, conducting over 1,000 classes/year with over 20,000 students/year.
