Job Purpose
The House of Tequila Brand Homes team is responsible for delivering ‘best in class’ educational programs & experiences at our brand homes, to fuel and recruit passionate brand Advocates across the globe to the HOT brands. This extends beyond brand immersions for Pernod Ricard, HOT employees & local market ambassadors, further to trade & hospitality specific trainings, customer & incentives and local community experiences.
To deliver these, your key responsibility is to enable & plan the hosting of visitors in our facilities (Distillery, Bottling plant, Warehouse, offices & event spaces), with key focus with hospitality guests; a set of bespoke training programs used to host international stakeholders, leaving them fully in love with our agave portfolio. In addition, you will also support VIP visits, by creating bespoke programs. The stories & education will vary based on the guest and brief, depending on a clearly established purpose of the education & visit. Delivering our brand message & educating about our agaves, is essential to help us drive preference, brand awareness, and improve quality measures for the brand.
Your core objective is to facilitate these experiences by coordinating with internal stakeholders, being responsible for the relationships with local partners, leading and supporting the management of our internal and booking calendar, and finding ways to optimize the back office. Focusing on all hospitality programs for Del Maguey mezcal brand In Oaxaca and supporting Guadalajara visits for Altos and Olmeca tequilas.
This includes being the Security Champion for all guest protocols & facilities within the Advocacy Team. Beyond implementing security protocols, you will manage risk assessments and educate hosts on security regulations. As a security expert, you will support to capturing of educational content in our production facilities by enabling film crews and agencies to source the right materials and access key venues, in a secure way adhering to protocols and delivering risk assessments, through a structured process.
This role will also support the Ideation, and Implementation of drink strategies for the HOT brands as well as maintaining and nurturing the close relationship with bars in the cities where our brand homes are located, world 50 best bars In Mexico and proposing activations + guest shifts In this venues.
Responsibilities
Responsible for aligning budget & stakeholders for delivery Operations and coordinating internal drinks & product educational sessions, whilst also leading coordination and seeing through full events
Manage all productions for video & image content creation, ensuring protocol, guest management and creating overall aligned informational packages
Advocacy team safety responsible for all visits & events in production facilities and certifying that all Advocacy venues adhere to safety guidelines
Manage all local Advocacy partner relationships and internal/external events
Assisting in the development of the Hospitality Experience program focused on the mezcal brands in oxaca and tequila in Guadalajara.
Liaise with key stakeholders (distillery management, agencies, Marketing Delivery team…) to ensure successful process
Receive and entertain guests during their stay to turn them into brand advocates
Promote the Hospitality program internally within Pernod Ricard ensuring full optimization of resources
Educate on our brands and agave during hospitality trips
On demand from Marketing Delivery team, ensure PR and educational presence in markets
Manage hospitality logistics agencies
Hospitality data base control
Bring and execute new ideas for the hospitality trips depending on brand plans and campaigns
Coordinating all activities at Teotitlán and working closely with operations teams
Sharing hospitality agendas with operations teams and mkt teams
Maintain close relationship with W50Best bars and local bars from brand homes cities
Proposing new venues and supporting listings on those
Train all service and agencies staff Involve In hospo trips
Support drink strategies and educational assets
Requirements
Background in events & experiences, both organizational and development (min 3 years)
Bachelor’s degree Public Relations, Marketing, Tourism, International Business
Experience in hospitality industry (bartender, hosting, etc) (min 3 years)
Proven communication (written & spoken) & excellent presentation capabilities
Solid budget management skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Tools and Programs
Fully fluent in Spanish & English
Experience in event coordinator within the beverage or hospitality industry,
Attention to detail
Experience in PR, talking in public
Basic spirits and bar knowledge Events logistics and public relations
