Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate: • Knowledge and understanding of educational reform efforts, Federal Title II, Part A statewide program policy and LEA technical assistance and PE compliance monitoring. • Familiarity with current State Superintendent of Public Instruction initiatives and State Board of Education policies. • Excellent writing and oral communication skills and organizational habits. • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders in kindergarten through grade twelve education. • Ability to work independently and on a team to ensure project deadlines are met. • Experience with monitoring contracts and grants.
