Miller Brothers Staffing Direct Hire Team is actively seeking a EDM Wire Specialist here in Meadville PA.

1st Shift - 6am-2pm flexible 

Pay's up to $30+ based off experience 
  Primary Responsibilities Include: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop machining instructions. Set up sinker EDM machines by selecting appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials. Configure machine settings. Verify the alignment and accuracy of workpieces in the machine. Operate multiple sinker EDM machines with robotic automation to cut, shape, and finish parts to precise specifications. Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify component dimensions and quality Interface with toolmakers, QC Inspection, and other personnel to assist in the routing, planning, problem solving, and expediting of components. Keep area and equipment clean and in excellent running condition. Follow systems processes for job tracking and recording. Willingness to work between machining processes as needed, other duties as assigned.
  Education & Experience: Required: 5+ years of experience in tool making or mold making Plus: EDM Experience Knowledge of injection molding Completion of trade school and/or Apprenticeship program Required Skills: Attention to detail Organization Strong oral and written commination Detail Oriented Problem Solving Team Player Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
