Who We WantThe EDI Integration Manager role is a position where you’ll be able to apply your knowledge of EDI mapping and standards with innovative problem solving to meet business and partner requirements. This position will give you the opportunity to help lead a team to execute our EDI strategy and implementation while having a major impact on the continued growth of our business.
As the EDI Integration Manager, you will support and lead a growth culture focused on customer connectivity, system efficiencies, and operational excellence. You will identify opportunities to implement key changes to current processes that improve productivity and quality of the team and business operations. In this role you will work with management to establish department goals and objectives. As a manager you will evaluate performance and hold direct reports accountable for performance and address any performance issues appropriately.What You’ll DoManage the daily operations of the department. Hire, promote and performance manage, as needed. Work with leadership to establish department goals and objectives. Detail steps to achieve objectives and delegate tasks appropriately. Develop and monitor your team's KPIs. Run, monitor, and analyze reports and provide updates to leadership. Effectively lead implementation projects through a full lifecycle, engaging with your direct team, business stakeholders, and trading partners, VANs, and internal product development teams.Analyze EDI requests and requirements, and apply expert knowledge to ensure efficient implementations in line with Arrive best practices.Maintain and organize the intake request queue. Ensure requests are logged, updated, and completed efficiently.Concurrently manage and delegate multiple projects at varying stages of the lifecycle, maintaining constant communication with stakeholders on status and resolution, striving for excellence in EDI service delivery.Closely collaborate and guide your team to prioritize, develop, manage, and troubleshoot EDI services; review work, and provide constructive help and support.Be the go-to expert for all aspects of the EDI technology stack in support of communications, data transformation and integrations.Provide post-production support internally and externally to ensure implementations are successful, leveraging proactive communication and check-ins to keep stakeholders engaged.Coordinate with your team to obsessively meet and exceed project expectations and timelines.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ demonstrated EDI experience in a logistics or medical environment.Minimum of 2 years of leadership and management of a team of EDI EngineersExperience driving initiatives and leading people through change, while holding teams accountable for results and ensuring continuous improvement.Tolerant of change! The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all locations.
