Job Description • Monitor and troubleshoot inbound/outbound EDI documents (POs, invoices, ASNs). • Correct errors and support order processing in JD Edwards. • Onboard new grocers and suppliers to the EDI platform. • Collaborate with SPS Commerce to ensure proper document mapping and setup. • Manage trading relationships with ~15 grocers and ~10 suppliers. • Conduct testing and configuration before production go-live. • Participate in weekly EDI meetings to review customer status and pipeline. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards as and EDI Analyst. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or 4 additional years of experience (degree preferred). • Familiarity with SPS Commerce middleware and JD Edwards ERP (EDI, supply chain, procurement, sales, inventory). • Strong understanding of EDI document structure and segments. • Hands-on experience with POs, invoices, ASNs. • Ability to communicate EDI requirements clearly to partners. • Experience in document translation and error resolution.
