Job Description

EDGE Program, Technical Sales and Consulting

Rockwell Automation's Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. Join a cohort of peers from all over the world and embark on a journey to become a trusted outcome-based seller. There are two tracks available: Associate Account Manager and Associate Technical Consultant. This posting is for the Associate Account Manager role. After completion of the training program, Associates are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.

Your Responsibilities:Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, Associate Account Managers are based in one of our field sales offices across the US and call on customers all over North America.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $74,000 - $76,000 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
