The ideal candidate should be proficient in writing efficient, clean, and scalable code, have good debugging abilities, and be comfortable working in Linux environments with tools like Git, CMake, and scripting languages. Basic knowledge of EDA concepts or verification frameworks (SystemVerilog/UVM or similar) is preferred. Good communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a willingness to learn and take ownership are essential.
