**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
CHI St. Alexius is seeking a confident and compassionate **Family Medicine APP** (NP or PA) for the Garrison, Turtle Lake, and Washburn ND locations. This is a **PRN** position that will offer an opportunity for a breadth of skill advancement for those looking for an opportunity to practice in a multitude of facets in a rural health care facility. This position requires a robust skillset and ability to function in an independent practice style to provide same day services for people of all ages either in the clinic or ED.
**Practice Details for Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital** :
+ Clinic, emergency, and hospital services under one roof
+ Onsite lab, physical therapy, radiology, mammography, pharmacy, and more
+ Clinic offers full range of Family Practice Services
+ Clinic standard business hours: weekdays 8am-5:00pm
+ 24 hour call for Level 5 Trauma Certified Emergency Department
+ Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care and/or primary care with minimum of 2 years experience is preferred

+ American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
+ A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
+ ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS certification

**Pay Range**
$73.77 /hour
