Job Description

▪ Planns space requirements for storage of the finished goods in each location
▪ Planns staff requirements
▪ Planns needs of machinery and equipment
▪ Planns budget for investment and expenses
▪ Definition of dates for anual inventory in each location
▪ Analyzes results of inventories
▪ Approves stock corrections for cycle counts and annual inventory
▪ Communicates the results of inventories to the top management
▪ Ensures fulfillment of central procedures related with inventories

▪ Ensures fulfillment of central procedures related with these processes
▪ Verifies the correct usage of equipment used for the storage of tires
▪ Coordinates with central and local QM the issuance of waivers for storage
▪ Makes a monthly review of space availability per location in order to ensure enogh space for storage
▪ Defines capacities for storage per BU at each location
▪ Defines capacities for inbound and per location
▪ Defines capacities for outbound and per location
▪ Implements actions to reduce errors in deliveries

▪ Ensures fulfillment of central procedures related with this process
▪ Ensures the on time correction of errors in TMS system
▪ Ensures contract availability with all carriers and for all routes
▪ Participates in audits realized by local, central and external organizations
▪ Generates action plans to solve detected nonconformities
▪ Ensures that all central procedures are updated and followed by his teams
▪ Reviews and approves the issuance of procedures related with his processes
▪ Ensures continuos process improvement

▪ Reviews in a monthly basis the status of contracts with Service Providers
▪ Participates together with the Purchasing Department in tender processes related with his area
▪ Reviews and validates the information of each Bid Package 

QualificationsBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Process, Engineering or related careers.At least, 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management / transportation,Experience leading Projects and Processes implementation as well as Audits (external and internal), POMs.Experience managing work teams for at least 2 years / Experience managing Service Providers for at least 2 years.Advanced level of English (mandatory). SAP management (mandatory).Knowledge of industrial safety and security.Knowledge of Quaity Management.
