Summary: Seeking an Electrical Controls Technician with expertise in PLCs and automation systems for maintenance and optimization of production equipment.

Requirements:

2-year degree in industrial electronics and controls or 10 years industrial electrical experience Minimum 5 years experience with Allen Bradley PLC products and ladder logic Above average troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with VFDs, motor starters, PID loop tuning, digital and analog I/O

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and controls systems Implement maintenance training programs Identify best practices to reduce equipment downtime Reduce maintenance costs through strategic improvements Support new installations and optimization projects Provide programming, debugging, and troubleshooting support

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
