Job Description SummaryThe Business Operations Junior Specialist is responsible for first class service contract/warranty process execution and EOSL process execution; data entry into the database for assigned area. The Business Operations Junior Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, quality and integrity of the customer contracts, accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date completeness of the operational mechanism processes. Business Operations Junior Specialist acts as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Commercial Operations, Service Delivery, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to contract and warranty administration. Business Operations Junior Specialist provides administrative and analytical support for Business Operations Leader.

Qualifications/Requirements

Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree programProficient in use of MS Office with speed and accuracyIntermediate English or upExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills, attentive to the detailsAbility to balance multiple prioritiesAbility to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time
