Every day brings something different when you're an Equipment Customer Service Representative!  

You’ll take on a wide variety of tasks that keep the job dynamic and rewarding.  You will manage the full lifecycle of equipment and service orders, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.  Teamwork is key - you’ll join a supportive group that works closely together to deliver outstanding service.

What you will do:

You will oversee and monitor the complete process of service and equipment orders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments and with external partners.

Based in Northwich, you’ll be part of the Equipment Customer Service UK team within Industrial Engineering Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing of customer orders for services and equipment.

Coordination and management of service orders:

Punctual services (cleaning and disinfection, repairs, etc.)

Monthly/quarterly/annual maintenance of our equipment

Installations for new equipment

Liaise with external suppliers, monitor service performance and compliance, validate billing, and issue customer invoices.

Equipment Management:

Process orders for both standard equipment (from our Nichelino or Ecolab Engineering plants) and non-standard equipment (from external suppliers).

Manage complex workflows including SAP processing, supplier order requests, confirmations, delivery tracking, and invoicing.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Credit Control, Purchasing, Logistics, and Billing teams.

Additional tasks:

Transport requests related to equipment in clients.

Customer invoice corrections

Resolution of returns/exchanges in customers

Sales force inquiries regarding order entry and delivery times

Management of additional reports (Excel/Access) for project control

Digital file of each order

What we’re looking for

Degree ideally Business

Proven professional experience in order processing or customer service (local and/or international).

Languages: English C1 level

Technical skills:

SAP Order-to-Cash experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Personal skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with internal and external groups.

Decisive, collaborative, and adaptable under pressure.

Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
