You will join our BTO team which is focused on implementation and customization of the Salesforce CRM Business processes.
On a daily basis you will interact with internal and external stakeholders from different countries to enhance and develop our CRM implementation.
Your role will be to cooperate with business clients, evaluate their needs and requests from a technical and functional point of view. Among your tasks, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and support our business community as subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
· Establish and maintain the ongoing evaluation of business processes across the EMEA region.
· Delivery of key documents for simplifying pan–EMEA decisions regarding changes in the process and functional / reporting requests. Scope of the key decisions includes:
o Key decision definition
o Benefits / risks analysis
o Various plans explanation
o Financial impact / model and statistics
o Recommendations
o Proposal of implementation plan
o Decision sign off
· Gathering functional requirements and priorities from all EMEA business partners and delivering it to IT.
· Acts as the single point of contact for the business community for business requirements.
· Responsible for managing the review and validation of functional specification documents.
· Managing user acceptance tests of delivered solutions.
· Monitoring whole process and thinking of continuous improvement, analyzing reports and ROI measurements.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for experienced professional with solid background in business analysis and ERP related projects. We are also looking for people who are naturally empathetic, eager to share their ideas and determined to solve problems, so analytical skills and attention to detail are also desired.
Skills/Experience Required:
· At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
· Experience in Salesforce intake Agile project.
· Able to analyze functional needs and requirements from technical point of view.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
· Ability to work independently when needed.
· Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Visio, Power Point.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERPs will be a plus.
