Job Title: eCommerce Syndication Specialist (Contractor)
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Contract Duration: 1 Year

Overview: Our client in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient eCommerce Syndication Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the upload and syndication of product content across retailer platforms using tools such as Salsify, Syndigo, and other syndication systems. The specialist will also lead the syndication and optimization of ratings and reviews, ensuring consistent, compelling, and accurate product representation across all digital shelves.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Upload: Manage and execute product content uploads across various retailer platforms. Syndication Management: Ensure timely and accurate syndication of product data using syndication tools. Ratings and Reviews Syndication: Optimize and syndicate customer feedback across platforms. Content Governance & Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of content accuracy and consistency. Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce digital content management or product syndication. Hands-on experience with syndication platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, or similar. Familiarity with ratings and reviews platforms. Working knowledge of major retailer platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data analysis tools is a plus. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Attributes: Experience in CPG, consumer electronics, or retail environments. Ability to troubleshoot syndication issues and collaborate with platform support teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of SEO and digital merchandising best practices.
