eCommerce Specialist

**eCommerce Specialist** is responsible for leading and managing Honeywell Digital Transformation projects for IA HSS Business, from initiation through completion, ensuring that they meet business objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and communicating with Honeywell stakeholders at all levels.
+ **Project Planning:**
+ Define project scope, goals, and eCommerce onboarding plans in collaboration with the GBE Leads and business stakeholders.
+ Develop detailed project plans, schedules.
+ Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
+ **Project Execution:**
+ Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
+ Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and ensure project team members are working effectively.
+ Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
+ **Risk Management:**
+ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
+ **Stakeholder Communication:**
+ Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
+ Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortems.
+ Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
+ **Quality Management:**
+ Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
+ Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
+ **Documentation and Reporting:**
+ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
+ Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
+ **Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
+ PMP (Project Management Professional)/Agile certification or equivalent represents an advantage.
+ **Experience:**
+ 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
+ Experience in IT, B2B eCommerce is preferred.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
