Reporting directly to the Asia Ecommerce Manager based in Hong Kong, the Ecommerce Campaign Specialist plays a vital role in elevating the online guest journey and driving conversion by managing content and product presentation on the .JP brand site. This role will be based in our Tokyo office and will work in close collaboration with the Japan Ecommerce Lead to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, content planning, and performance optimization.

Plan and execute content for the .JP brand site in alignment with business needs.Analyze .JP brand sales performance, considering product sales, website metrics, and local trends, and take appropriate actions.Key:

Content and Experience Planning:
Maintain and update the Japan ecommerce campaign calendar for weekly website content update and key campaigns with inputs from the Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Lead and other stakeholders.Assist in planning on-site content refreshes, including weekly updates and key campaigns aligned with business goals.Support the execution of content strategies that enhance user experience and drive traffic and conversions.Weekly Website Content Update:
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop visual assets and translated copies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with the Asia digital operations team.Upload and QA site content, ensuring accuracy of assets, links, product availability, and overall user experience.Reporting and Market Research:
Produce reports with actionable recommendations based on sales data, site metrics, market trends and other related data to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth.
