Job Description:

   

We are seeking a mission-driven Project & Process Manager to join a compact, high-impact PMO team supporting the global Ecommerce organization. This hybrid role owns end-to-end operational processes and runs cross-functional projects from discovery through deployment and steady‑state. You will protect and scale revenue-critical operations through process ownership, automation, data-driven controls, and stakeholder orchestration. The role requires hands-on program delivery, continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to apply modern GenAI-enabled approaches to accelerate analysis, documentation and automation.

Why this role matters

This is a single-role linchpin in a small PMO that enables multiple strategic initiatives and day-to-day Ecommerce operations. You will maintain process integrity and automation that directly affect order fulfilment, onboarding speed, and Sales productivity — outcomes that support the organization’s FY objectives.

Key responsibilities

Project delivery (40–50%)

Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity across the Ecommerce organization, from requirements and design through testing, deployment and post‑production support.Define project scope, timelines, success criteria, risks, dependencies and resources; proactively remove blockers and drive decisions.Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methods as appropriate; coordinate sprint planning, UAT, and release activities.Ensure projects meet business readiness, change management and training requirements.

Process ownership & operational control (30–40%)

Own and operate end‑to‑end operational processes within assigned domain(s), under Business Process Management framework. Define and maintain SIPOC, RACI, process workflows as well as process training materials, together with the Operational Trainer.Design, monitor and report on process KPIs; investigate deviations and lead corrective actions with Operations, Product management and other internal stakeholders.Maintain data integrity across reporting systems; lead root-cause remediation when data issues impact operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify steps, reduce handoffs and eliminate duplicate work.

Automation, reporting & tooling (10–20%)

Support the build and/or maintenance of automations (RPA/bots, AgenticAI solutions) and operational dashboards (Power BI) that reduce manual effort and improve scale and accuracy, through clean process documentation, knowledge base and use cases definition.Use GenAI enterprise tools to accelerate analysis, generate clear process documentation, summarize stakeholder inputs, and craft test cases or training material where appropriate—while ensuring compliance with data governance.

Stakeholder engagement & governance

Act as the escalation point for operational issues within your process domain; build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, CPQ, Product Management, Finance and Solution Delivery.Communicate status, risks and trade-offs clearly to mid and senior stakeholders; prepare concise, actionable executive updates as required.Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and lead post‑implementation reviews.

Required qualifications & skills

3+ years’ experience in project management and process ownership, preferably in a B2B digital / eCommerce, operations, or PMO environment.Proven experience managing cross‑functional programs and operational processes end‑to‑end.Strong familiarity with ERP/CPQ concepts (SAP S/4HANA experience a plus) and hands‑on reporting with Power BIPractical and proven knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches. PMP/PMI/ Agile management certification is a plusDemonstrated data literacy: able to interpret dashboards, drive data fixes and define KPI frameworks.Experience creating clear SOPs, runbooks and change management collaterals for operational teams.Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills; able to present to executives.Fluent in English.

GenAI & technology competencies

Familiarity with enterprise-grade GenAI tools( i.e. Copilot) and use-cases for process documentation, analysis and productivity (prompting best practices, data privacy awareness).Ability to evaluate GenAI outputs, apply human-in-the-loop validation, and incorporate models/tooling into operational workflows responsibly.Comfort working with low-code/no-code tools, or automation platforms to accelerate delivery.

Preferred

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).Lean / Six Sigma or process improvement certification.Prior experience in global/regional roles and multi-cultural environments.Previous exposure to ecommerce platforms (Commerce Cloud, Hybris/SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce) or ecommerce integrations.Experience in change management and business readiness assessments.
