The premium copy specialist is responsible for defining the rules of our tone of voice across our Next, Seasons and Branded products based on our brand guidelines. They will own the hands-on creation of premium copy for top performing items and high ticket products including Seasons brands. They will ensure that they and the product content assistants are adhering to green claim, sustainability and trademarked rules across all of our websites, and will own the relationship with the legal and sustainability teams to ensure we are working to the most up to date policies. They will drive the optimisations of premium products on site to maintain a high level standard to increase sales potentials. 

About You:

Copy Creation & Optimisation

Creates premium, inviting, optimised copy for titles and descriptions using a mix of AI and human generation. Defines and implements premium copy standards.

Compliance

Implements and upholds greenwashing, sustainability, and trademark rules by working closely with legal and sustainability teams.

Content Enrichment

Adds relevant content such as usage guides and technical specifications, and focuses on SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation.

Collaboration

Briefs copy standards to Product Content Leads and Assistants, and collaborates with Trade, Product, Legal, Sustainability, and eCommerce teams.
