Overview

The eCommerce Marketplace Specialist for Crocs supports the execution of eCommerce strategies across key online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora. This role works closely with the Marketplace Manager and third-party enablers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and content optimization to drive sales and visibility.

What You'll Do Manage marketplace operations by coordinating with enablers for accurate product listings, updates, and delistings, while ensuring inventory synchronization across platforms. Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, attributes) to enhance visibility, searchability, and conversion rates. Oversee inventory and fulfillment by monitoring stock levels, preventing stockouts or overstocking, and supporting replenishment planning and transfers. Prepare and execute campaigns by ensuring readiness of product data, pricing, and assets, and tracking campaign performance to address bottlenecks. Monitor and report performance by consolidating platform data, tracking KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment, returns, cancellations), and escalating issues or trends. Take ownership of and resolve operational issues such as listing errors, pricing discrepancies, and order fulfillment challenges promptly. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and enablers to ensure stock readiness, compliance, and smooth execution during campaigns and peak periods. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc) and digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of marketplace algorithms SEO, platform tools and digital marketing strategies is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
