Main responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations in-store, including order picking, packing, staging, and handoff. Lead and coach a team of 10-30 associates to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality orders. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized department. Monitor performance metrics, manage slot capacity, and optimize scheduling to meet sales and labor targets. Manage eCommerce systems and coordinate with store leadership for cross-training and resource allocation. Drive awareness and growth of eCommerce services.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Soft skills: Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills. Competencies: Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in coaching and performance management.  Knowledge: Basic computer proficiency. Understanding of food safety practices and retail operations. Abilities: Life up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Educational requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Travel requirements: Minimal; primarily store-based role. Other requirements: Availability to work 40 hours per week, including peak business times.
