The e-Commerce Intern is responsible for supporting the e-Commerce sales team, leading sales operation processes, monitoring execution, and developing assets with the agency.
Role Responsibilities Support Online Execution Support the sales team by monitoring the implementation of execution across e-commerce customers: promotions, visibility, content (images, product descriptions, videos) and ensuring a smooth user experience. Monitor key online competitors online and contribute insights. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and sales team, supporting them with e-commerce content and banners. Sales operation process Input customer orders and monitor invoices and deliveries. Identify and correct any pricing discrepancies on customer orders. Track sell out data and develop performance dashboards to identify opportunities. Assets development and events Be responsible for requesting assets, banners, and e-commerce content from the agency, ensuring they follow the brief and meet deadlines. Manage the payment process for providers: open PO, track approvals, and process invoices. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, trade and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and promotional activities. Qualifications College student of Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Prior industry experience is a plus Understanding of online retail trends and consumer behavior
