The Marketing Specialist, eCommerce Customer Integrations is responsible for building and maintaining relationships to support the Paint Stores Group’s (PSG) clients requesting that Sherwin-Williams conducts business with them using various types of an eCommerce/Digital solution for procurement, billing, and reporting. This position represents the Paint Stores Group business segments and regions within the Sherwin-Williams eBusiness Center of Excellence and will be responsible for the successful integration and onboarding by leveraging the clients Procurement System. This position will also supervise the transfer of clients from the implementation stage to the customer service stage, including recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve internal/external customer satisfaction and financial performance. 

Responsibilities of the position include supporting the Digital Marketing group through the implementation of Digital Catalogs, including Punchout and Hosted. In addition, supporting the PSG Digital Catalog team on catalog conversions and development of more automated processes for the maintenance of all supported EDI customers.
