How you will contribute
You will help execute the digital shelf strategy in your assigned area, business unit, country, or category. In partnership with the marketing team, you will implement a digital shelf plan and assess the effectiveness of that plan with a focus on return on investment. You will also build relationship with digital shelf agencies. As a particularly advanced digital marketer, you will help drive our understanding and use of digital platforms in our marketing plans and be a source of learning and development for the wider marketing function.

Digital Shelf Associate will be responsible for executing the eCommerce strategy online. Responsibilities include digital shelf management across all retailers’ websites, and total eComm business analytics & reporting. This position will provide support across all Mondelez Canada brands.

eCommerce Digital Shelf Management.
Own and manage the relationship with agencies and the automated platform for efficient content management and publication.Lead the digital shelf online, including PDPs (Product Detail Pages) and Brand Stores, by coordinating with external vendors and internal brand teams to create, collect, organize, improve, and disseminate branded content.Communicate with and drive digital shelf best practices with retailers across CanadaImplement best practices and strategies across all brand copy and images.Ratings & Reviews planning and execution (sampling, Ratings & Review Platforms, Vine, etc.).Lead initial implementation and ongoing maintenance and training related to digital shelfMaintain active catalogue for digital shelf managementReporting & Analytics.
Generate monthly and quarterly analytic reports detailing metrics and make recommendations on improvements through testing and new tactics. Leverage automated platforms to understand and discover insights and be able to turn these into actions.Budget Management.
Manage digital and eCommerce marketing budget across all brandsResponsible for spend tracking, budget reconciliation, and reporting to digital/eCommerce team, brand teams, and finance on a monthly basisGeneral.
Ad-hoc project needs from the eCommerce team. Evangelize, influence and educate stakeholders about eCommerce and best practicesEducation / Certifications:
BA or BS with focus on Communication or Marketing / BComm / Business (preferred but not mandatory)2-4 years Digital Marketing, eCommerce or Agency or CPG experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience preferred in writing, editing and crafting content for digital purposesAnalysis & insights experience in a Digital, Sales or eCommerce capacityProven ability to identify opportunities and proactively propose solutionsJob specific requirements:
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects while meeting deadlinesIn-depth knowledge and understanding of retailer online platforms and their functionality and limitations (Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca, PCexpress.ca, etc.) and how they can be leveraged for different categoriesSolid understanding of Digital and eCommerce metrics, analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret dataHigh level of curiosity & proactivity as the eCommerce industry evolves so must weExperience writing, editing and crafting content for the online spaceHigh proficiency in Excel (including Pivot tables)Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quicklyAre currently an online shopper yourselfWork schedule:
Regular business hours M-F (Hybrid)The expected base salary range for this position is CAD 76,800.00 - CAD 96,000.00 depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
